We have initiated our team interview series with the introduction of our founders, Daniel and Simon. However, no company's management is complete without its CSO- Chief Sales Officer.

The Chief Sales Officer is a member of the management team and is responsible for sales. The Chief Sales Officer is responsible for all sales activities of his company and therefore has a decisive influence on the development of the company as well as the operating result.

Larissa has been part of our team since April 2019 and holds the position of Chief Sales Officer. What exactly her tasks are at 100W, what she did before she joined us and what she likes to do in her free time - Larissa talks about all of that and much more in this team interview.


1. What is your name, when is your birthday and what is your position at 100 words?

"My name is Larissa Kaiser, born June 22nd, 1976 in Wiesbaden, and I'm CSO at 100W."


2. What was your profession doing before joining 100W team?

"In my previous job, I was mainly in the field of security systems and solutions (access control systems in combination with video surveillance) in technical sales. In my last position, I managed the national and international sales of integrated systems, which we implemented with global and local partners."


3. How did you become a part of 100W?

"I was approached by a management consultancy who presented me with the solution. After further discussions with the founding team Daniel and Simon, my interest and conviction were awakened that 100W brought an "idea" to life that can serve a wide range of requirements. From the decision in the HR environment, which profiles the "right" employees have to bring along, over the optimized job advertisement to the selection of the "right" applicant, up to companies, which are looking for support in the realization of the appropriate Corporate Speech in all areas".


4. What are your duties as Chief Sales Officer of 100W?

"As Chief Sales Officer, I acquire new customers for our Talent Intelligence and Customer, Brand Intelligence divisions, as well as integration partners who implement our know-how into their own systems via API interface.


5. What do you like most about your job?

"To experience the enthusiasm and interest of new customers and partners, and to develop new ideas for cooperation together."


6. What do you like most about 100W as a company?



"Our entire team forms the perfect knowledge base for our eternal development. New ideas are examined with enthusiasm and together we decide on their implementation. The flexibility to realize things quickly and easily, to face and adapt to market requirements"


7. What do you like to do in your free time?


"On weekends I enjoy the peace and nature in my "cottage" in Vogelsberg. I am the can opener for a soon to be 8-year-old beagle bitch and a 12-year-old cat. I like to travel, preferred destinations: Italy, Thailand, and Australia. I also love to ride my motorbike and enjoy the wind.

"One? That's why I don't have just one 😉 Life is permanently in flux, that's why. Sometimes in life, who knows what it was good for...
