In addition to other exciting sales-related topics from the experts of the numerous representatives of well-known companies from the region, we presented our 100W-psychology in the Audi Forum at the joint event with ProTeam in Neckarsulm.
At the beginning of this year's last event of the "Lunch & Learn" series, some statistics on the current general state of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Germany were presented. There, among other things, figures and forecasts of jobs that might be lost, lost or newly created were presented.
However, what added value new AI tools offer the salesperson in practice and how they can support the successful sales process or the acquisition of new customers, we presented in our lecture "100-Word-Psychology". Our CEO Simon Tschürtz was on site in Neckarsulm and spoke about our Psychological AI in marketing and sales. Here, texts, e-mail conversations or company descriptions are analysed with the help of AI and can show the salesperson how his customers think. This enables the salesperson to adapt his or her behaviour and sales strategy according to the customer's personal attitude (e.g. the customer is more emotional or rational).
How our tools and other important AI analyses can relieve sales as an important component of a modern CRM solution, Michael Schell, managing director of ProTeam GmbH, presented to the highly interested audience after our presentation.
In his exciting lecture "Selling can be learned" Thomas Wursthorn showed in advance that besides all the important AI-supported solutions, the human brain with its creativity, emotional intelligence and social competence is still the smartest of all systems and the decisive factor in sales.
At the end of the presentations, there was plenty of time for discussions and a lively exchange of views between the visitors and speakers. It was a nice event with some interesting insights around sales. We would like to thank you for being there and look forward to the next event!
